  • Email and Support Correspondence: Emails and support tickets are stored on Hover’s servers and retained for up to one year after the last communication, after which they are deleted unless required for ongoing service or legal obligations.
  • Payment Records: Retained for 7 years to comply with Canadian tax laws.

  • Freescout (for support tickets): Hosted on our private servers with firewall protection, regular security patches, and encrypted backups.
  • Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Payment Security: Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant, meeting the highest industry standards for payment security.
